10cubed ("we," "us," or "our") uses internal software tools to support marketing, SEO, analytics, and content research services.

Information We Access
When authorized, our tools may access Google services such as Google Search Console and Google Analytics 4 for websites and properties that 10cubed has permission to review.The information accessed may include:

- website search performance data
- search queries
- page impressions and clicks
- website traffic and engagement data
- analytics events and conversion data
- property and account metadata necessary to identify the correct website or analytics property

How We Use Google User Data
We use Google user data only to provide marketing, SEO, analytics, reporting, research, and content strategy services for 10cubed and its clients.This may include:

- analyzing organic search performance
- identifying SEO and content opportunities
- evaluating website traffic and engagement
- measuring the impact of marketing changes
- preparing reports and recommendations
- creating content research and planning materials

Data Storage
Google user data may be processed or stored in 10cubed-controlled systems as necessary to perform analysis and generate reports.

We limit access to authorized personnel and service providers who require access to perform these functions.

Data SharingWe do not sell Google user data.
We do not share Google user data with third parties except:

- when necessary to provide services on behalf of a client
- with service providers that support our systems and operations

Data Retention and Deletion

Clients or authorized users may request deletion of data associated with their account or property by contacting us.

Revoking Google Access
Users may revoke 10cubed's access to their Google account or Google properties at any time through their Google account security settings or by removing 10cubed's access from the applicable Google Analytics or Google Search Console property.

Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures designed to protect information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

Google API Services
Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements where applicable.
