Whether to use AI for B2B content is a settled question. The teams not using it are falling behind on production capacity. The ones using it poorly are falling behind on quality and distinctiveness. The difference between those outcomes isn't which tools you pick but rather if you've built the governance to make them work.
That means three concrete things:
Redesign your brief before you redesign your workflow. The brief is where strategic control starts. If it's vague, AI will produce vague content. Fix the inputs before you scale the outputs.
Write down what AI is not allowed to decide. Topic strategy, brand positioning, credibility calls, publish decisions — make these explicitly human-owned. Don't assume individuals will draw the same lines without guidance.
